You get the picture. in the last 2 years we have gone from 3 organic/Local ingredients to 2013 around 25. My goals for next year are to increase that to 35-40. My goal is to be as much as 60-80% Organic/Local Over the last couple of years I have worked diligently to get rid of the junk that is so pervasive in our food supply. To do this we have to do a lot of things from scratch that most would just purchase.
