At Huli Huli Hut, we're transporting our guests to the islands of Hawaii. MAC-IES on Broadway is our first brick-and-mortar location -- a major milestone built from our original food truck roots. This space brings MAC-IES indoors with a 90's retro vibe, more room to hang out, and an atmosphere made for staying awhile. We serve breakfast, smashburgers, hot dogs, and ice cream, making this location a go-to spot from morning through late night. With indoor and outdoor seating, a dog-friendly setup, and local tap beer from Galveston Island Brewing and Naked Iguana Brewing, Broadway offers something for everyone. Laid-back, nostalgic, and welcoming -- MAC-IES on Broadway is a place to grab a meal, enjoy a cold beer, bring your pup, and settle in.
Good Dough
Founded in 2021 by Chef Mary Bass, Good Dough is a scratch Kolache Bakery serving traditional Czech, Texas-style, and unique Kolaches. Located on Galveston Island, our all-female team has embarked on a journey to redefine the Kolache experience, fusing tradition, creativity, and community. We are no longer in the white building in the photos. We are in a red brick building in Galveston. Please note we cannot remove these photos because we did not upload them.
