The Grand Empress is a luxury Tea Room serving High Tea by reservation. Our service uses fine China, silverware, and crystal and the finest ingredients. In addition to formal afternoon Tea Service we also serve Brunch, Lunch, as well as private parties and events. Formal Tea Service (High Tea) and private events are by Reservation Only Monday - Sunday Lunch hours: Monday thru Wednesday 10:30am to 2:30pm for walk - in with out a reservation. Special promotions/ events may occur past 4:00pm.
