Texas Home Cooking with made from scratch Chicken-Fried Steak and Homemade Biscuits with Cream Gravy. One of a Kind, NOT One of a Chain. We are known for our large portions. All of our Puffy Omelets are made in Omelet Pans and heaped with ingredients. Many chain restaurants cook omelets on grill which make them thin and retain no moisture from eggs. Our menu has over 125 Entrees which gives the diner great variety. The menu is pretty evenly balanced with 60 Entrees for Breakfast and Lunch. Our experienced servers use a Teamwork approach to handle the crowds because we seat 280. Many of our friendly staff have been working 15+ years for us. Server will take your order tableside with PDA. Quickly the food comes up in the serving window , the first available person brings it out. We have drink persons who take your order and keep you refilled. Server will check back with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. Our managers and owner are available to visit with you.
