Delicious Latin American and American dishes. Our most popular is a saltena (a unique pastry wrapped around a savory stew of either chicken or beef). The fresh baked goods are produced daily and include many signature items you cannot find anywhere else. Check out our cunape ( yuca cheese bread), humitas (corn bread w/ a generous amount of cheese in the middle). I suggest you try Silpancho ( a thin steak breaded and grilled, served with rice and french fries, topped with fresh tomatoes and chopped Bermuda onions. Our pastry chef is one of the best in the metro DC, MD, VA area. Our pasrties look beautiful...but the taste is even more exciting.
