Wednesday through Saturday, we open up our craft barbecue and Tex-Mex menu starting with lunch (11:30 - 4pm), serving up slow-smoked meats (brisket, pulled pork, house sausage), expertly prepared sides (hatch green chile mac 'n cheese, rib tip collard greens) tacos, nachos, sandwiches, and even some vegan and vegetarian options. Need a pick me up after lunch or a spot for that late day meeting? Grab an espresso on your way out! While our bar opens up with lunch, we start going hard at happy hour (3pm-6pm). Discounted drinks, including our specialty cocktails, are accompanied by cheap tacos.. From here, we segue right into our dinner service (5pm-9pm) that brings back the full craft barbecue experience, served to tables. On Sundays, we brunch. We transform the craft bbq menu into delicious brunch offerings and specialty drinks. Reservations are available for brunch at our website, and hours of service are 9:30-2:30. The Roosevelt, located in Richmond, is a restaurant that celebrates the food from the South in all of its delicious glory. Breakfast, dinner, brunch and drinks are available to guests in addition to an early bird menu from Tuesday to Fridays.
