Julian Ramos, owner of Agave Cocina & Cantina in Redmond WA restaurateur from Guadalajara, Mexico brought the beautiful décor of this restaurant from his home town. Agave Restaurants serve contemporary hand-crafted Mexican food, using fresh, natural ingredients, free of preservatives, trans fats and lard. Sustainable, free-range, hormone-free chicken, pork and beef are menus staples; we also use organic vegetables, eggs, rice and beans. The Kent Station location has a Woodstone wood fired oven producing signature wood fired items. Our lively bars delight margarita lovers with the Agave Margarita, local tap beers, craft beverages, ourcomplementary chips and salsas and daily Sunday through Thursday specials. We serve a popular Saturday and Sunday a la carte Brunch of traditional and Mexican favorites. We feature 100+ hand-picked sipping tequilas and our founder/owner Julian Ramos is considered an expert in the field of tequila. Julian was born and raised in San Cayetano, near Guadalajara (Jalisco) Mexico, which is near the town of Tequila.

Located in the Cedarbrook Lodge on 36th Avenue, Copperleaf is a spacious restaurant overlooking the stunning landscape views. The restaurant patio has a few tables with an umbrella covering each of them, so you can choose to sit on the patio and feel close to nature while dining. Try some of their potato soup, which will be soothing on a cool evening, and more entrees and starters on offer. The ingredients used in preparing the dishes are sourced locally.
