We don't try to be authentic—we create food with local ingredients, incorporating the flavors and textures from our favorite cuisines of the American Southwest, Mexico, and anywhere else we can find inspiration, often interpreting them in ways that will offer you a new experience. With over 3,000 unique menu items created over the years, and four seasonal menus per year, we continue to innovate, ensuring you'll always find something new when you visit.
We specialize in gourmet coffee with beautiful latte art, sweet and savory crepes, and wonderful sandwich pairings! We offer some gluten-free and vegan options for those with special dietary needs.
