Kincaid's Fish, Chop & Steakhouse is one of the best restaurants in the city. With a variety of seafood as well as meat, their tender steaks and moist seafood are big crowd-pullers. The restaurant is a great family place and is usually crowded so do make reservations. Gorge on their delicious tasting sampler or the buttermilk fried calamari at a fraction of the cost. However, their mouth-watering roasted Chicken-breast Dijon or the Seafood Louie are both highly recommended.

Obb's is an iconic sports bar in St. Paul and was one of the first bars in the city to get a license after the Prohibition period. While the building in which the bar is situated dates back to the early 20th Century, the bar itself has also stood the test of time for over five decades. You can drop in for some breakfast or lunch with the family or come by with a couple of friends for some beer and live broadcasts of games.
Go ahead, get a decent, basic pizza delivered in Uptown till past closing time, but the gregarious atmosphere and excellent jukebox of the LT's restaurant and bar are really what this place is all about. On just about any night of the week you can not only try one of their thin-crust pizzas, but also, get your drink on with happy hour specials. There are quite a few taps in the newly expanded bar area, too. Though the menu does include other typical Italian dishes, one is best served by sticking to a one or two ingredient incarnation of the namesake menu item. The bar remains one of the best deals on top shelf liquor in town during happy hour.
