At That Guy's Bistro, we want you to be a part of our culinary journey. We opened our food trailer in 2018, and since then have been serving up a wide selection of sandwiches, fries, salads, and of course, our famous Filly's. Conveniently parked on location at General Duffy's Waterhole in beautiful Redmond, we're the perfect spot for families, groups, and anyone else craving fresh homemade fare. With a deep focus on customer satisfaction and positivity, we strive to provide the ultimate food experience. So come join us -- we can't wait to serve you!
