They have recalled these childhood memories while creating a fusion menu for Southgate. This eatery's signature dish is Bulgogi Burger, a Korean variation on the classic hamburger. It consists of a marinated beef patty, ssamjang mayo, scallion salad and red leaf lettuce, with spicy pickles on top. You can also relish Ho-bbang, a pork steamed bun with honey, Marinated BBQ Tofu Tacos, Sweet Potato Fritters and Bibimbap (mixed rice).
