Fricken Faco means Fried Chicken and Fish Tacos!! Based out of the big green double decker bus down at the Lot on the corner of Columbia and Hartford, we are proud to offer a specialized menu of prepared fresh daily fried chicken, chicken sandwiches, fish tacos, and fish ‘n chips! We bread all our fish and chicken in rice flour/rice panko, and carefully select ingredients for our homemade sauces to ensure that our food is gluten free! (everything but the sandwich bun, and flour tortillas!) Prepared fresh every day, we call our chicken “Jumbo Nuggets” …because they’re big, crispy, juicy nuggets of chicken! We use only premium black label chicken thighs provided by a local distributor. That means all our chicken, including the sandwiches, is “dark meat”—more tender and juicier than chicken breast! The Jumbo Nuggets come with your choice of cart-made dipping sauces, some spicy, some sweet—all gluten free! Our signature “Fricken Sauce” tops the sandwiches! The fish we use for the fish ‘n chips and the fish tacos is wild caught NW cod. Get the fish tacos on corn tortillas to make them gluten free! Our tartar sauce, avocado tomatillo salsa, and jalapeno aioli are all made right here on the bus!
