Among our signature dishes is Shaomai, a classic delicacy that embodies the bold and hearty flavors of the Northwestern grasslands. Each Shaomai features a delicate, handmade wrapper—thin as paper—enclosing a savory filling of tender lamb, sweet onions, and a perfectly balanced blend of spices. Once steamed, these dumplings bloom into a translucent, flower-like shape, delivering a juicy and flavorful bite every time. At Xibei, we believe that great food starts with exceptional ingredients. That’s why we carefully select the finest grains, meats, and vegetables to ensure every dish is fresh, natural, and delicious. In 2024, we proudly opened our first U.S. location in Silverlake, Los Angeles, bringing the heartwarming flavors of Northwestern China to an exciting new audience.
