Our traditional Japanese Shabu Shabu hot pot is healthy, hearty, and satisfying. At Shabuya we pride our self as a "Traditional" Shabu-shabu establishment. We specialize in a much healthier style of Shabu-shabu dining, relying on the natural tastes of the meats and vegetables to accent each other in the pot. Slightly improving and tweaking the original sauces, we have developed into a Shabu-shabu restaurant which is not only authentic and nostalgic but also adventurous.
Twenty Eight Dine + Drink is everything modern dining should be: a fusion of global cuisines, and an open and stylish space to socialize. The interiors are such that they seem to blend the indoors and outdoors, and use plenty of natural elements. The two patios are decked in the style of a waterside lounge, while the dining room features a high ceiling, zig zag wood tiles, and polygonal golden lamps bobbing from the ceiling. The atrium mirrors a conservatory, where olive trees add a Mediterranean touch, and a high, transparent roof serves as a skylight. Well-garnished tapas dominates the food menu, where Shirley Chung, finalist at American reality show Top Chef, infuses subtle flavors of French and Chinese into American tapas. You can either go for a prix fixe meal or dine à la carte by choosing from options like Bacon Wrapped Whole Trout and drinks such as Island Sangria. The impeccable service, complimentary valet parking and chic decor help create an indelible dining experience.

We are happy to customize different drink sweetness before or after your drink is made to ensure that you will get your PERFECT cup of tea from us! Crispy chicken is our most popular snack/entree item. It is a must try here! A lot of customers also love our steamed or crispy dumplings, Beef stew entree and Curry chicken entree. The first time Wayne tried shabu, he knew he'd found his new favorite food, and he was inspired to share the love with his community. Twenty years later, he's still serving his favorites and enjoying seeing newcomers discover just what makes shabu so special. From our house-made sauces to the salmon we get delivered fresh every morning, we're all about quality. After all, we're sharing something we love with the community we love.
