Our specialty dish is General Tso"s Chicken. Made with all white meat and our special sauce almost every customer orders it along with other favorites that include bar-b-q spare ribs (very own bar-b-q sauce), wontons w/ garlic sauce, pan fried dumplings, win foon beef, grand marnier shrimp, yang chow fried rice, soft shell crabs when in season, twin lobster specials, and for a sampler try the pu pu platter.
