Our specialties are traditional Vietnamese Noodle Soups: Pho with Beef Broth or Glass Noodles & Egg Noodles with Pork Broth. The broths are well balanced flavors cooked slowly for twelve hours. They are made fresh daily. There are more than nine types of meat to choose for your Pho, most popular is the Combination. We also have Vegetarian Pho with vegetarian broth (not cooked from the same beef broth). If you like seafood, we also have Seafood Pho. We basically CUSTOM the Pho to YOUR LIKING!

Chow's has been an Oklahoma City staple and generally regarded as one of the best Chinese restaurants in the city since the 1980's. The family-style dishes are all prepared in the Westernized style that is so popular in San Francisco and New York City, but without losing its feel of authentic Cantonese cuisine.
