Duck Chang's Restaurant is a small family run business established in 1975 and specializes in Peking Duck. This is "the" restaurant that popularized Peking Duck in the U.S.. Prior to Duck Chang coming to U.S., Peking Duck can only be ordered with 24hrs - 48hrs advance notice. Duck Chang Sr. revolutionized and pioneered the process that made it possible for anyone to have delicious Peking Duck anytime as long as we are open.
