We are an independent cottage bakery specializing in sourdough bread. Only natural sourdough leavening is used in our baked goods--from artisan style loaves, to sandwich bread, and focaccia. We put a lot of time, care, and love into our baked goods and strive to use high quality and organic ingredients where possible. All products are hand-made and require at least 3 days to prepare, including a fermentation of 48 hours before baking for maximum health benefits.
