The place is named after the owner's grand aunt, whose uninhibited approach to life's problems helped inspired her to follow her dreams. The menu has a seasonal flavor to it and is laden with signatures like the Roasted Poussin, Spaetzle and Pecan Pie, which when paired with pours like the 'Autumn in Alba', 'Number Forty-Two', and 'The Hero We Need' creates a series of unbeatable combinations.

The presentation explores the different stages of cooking sugar and the products we can make. We use a little liquid nitrogen magic to make your sundae and samples.
