With over 25+ years of experience servicing the restaurant industry, Colorado-native couple Matt and Lindsay opened, own and operate Mc2 Ice Cream. This husband and wife team is best known for winning the Guinness-World Record for most flavors displayed at one time (985 to be exact!) and their mouthwatering, often nostalgic, flavor combinations. Their vast flavor variety doesn’t compromise the couple’s pledge to source locally whenever they can. Matt and his dad (the beloved ‘Pops’) hand make each gelato-styled tub from scratch weekly, while Lindsay designs and manages the brand. Need help deciding what flavor to pick? Matt’s favorite is “Day At The Ballpark '' which features a caramel popcorn-flavored base swirled with salted peanuts and sunflower seeds. Lindsay sticks to sweet classics including Cookie Dough featuring house-made cookie dough chunks, or Chocolate Cake Donut, which tastes precisely like its namesake. Matt and Lindsay currently service weddings, business events, birthday parties, graduations and more with their portable Mc2 ice cream trailer.
