This isn't a traditional bakery so no seating available. We are also a full-service dessert catering company and specialize in custom dessert displays for weddings and events. You must purchase tickets for entry The Sugar Science Demonstration is a 45 minute program led by our nitro chef with 5 dessert samples, glow in the dark cotton candy and your choice of sundae. The presentation explores the different stages of cooking sugar and the products we can make. We use a little liquid nitrogen magic to make your sundae and samples.
