This family-run cafe is located just steps from the Dupont Circle metro stop and has long been an inexpensive favorite among neighborhood residents. Zorba's blue and white awning and Greek-style lettering will catch your eye from across the street. Patrons order at a counter, fast-food style, although the authentic offerings fall well above that level. There are tables near the counter and on an upper level. Everyone's favorite spot, however, is on the front patio when weather permits. All the Greek favorites can be found here, from souvlaki and spanakopita to kebabs. Pizza and salads are also available.
