Tilita is a Peruvian dessert business bringing authentic flavors and fresh-made experiences to the community. We specialize in picarones, a traditional Peruvian dessert made from sweet potato and squash, fried fresh to order right in front of you. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and served warm with our house-made chancaca syrup, they’re meant to be enjoyed hot and experienced in the moment. We also offer handcrafted lúcuma alfajores, delicate shortbread cookies filled with dulce de leche and made with lúcuma, a unique Peruvian fruit with naturally sweet, caramel-like notes. To complete the experience, we serve refreshing drinks like passion fruit juice and classic Inca Kola. You can find us at Findlay Market on weekends, or bring Tilita to your event, where we prepare picarones fresh on-site for a unique and interactive experience your guests won’t forget.
