The Pie Spot

After putting a vintage trailer to fantastic use, Jessica and Ashley have moved on to bigger things in the form of the Pie Spot, a bakery dessert-lovers find it difficult to stay away from. You can now have a seat and enjoy all the heavenly confections on offer, and there is a coffee bar, too! The range of pies is great, and you can have anything from Brown Butter Pecan to Blueberry with ginger crumble. The menu changes regularly, and you can always have the sweetest dish of the season.

Pix Patisserie

Pastry chef Cheryl Wakerhauser (a.k.a. Pix), is known for her eccentric and distinctive style that intertwines flavors and textures. The next year, the first Pix Pâtisserie opened its doors, bringing European flare and edible art to Portland with an assortment of elegant pastries and handmade chocolates.
