Our bakery specializes in whole grain breads and sweets. We mill our wheat berries in the store to make our flour everyday so that it is as fresh as possible and is nutritionally at it's peak. All our breads are hand kneaded and baked in the store. We also offer a variety of delicious cookies, muffins, scones, bars and teacakes, most with a whole grain option. In addition we also make granola, trail mix, and hot cereals as well as a variety of fresh mixes including whole wheat pancakes, scones, brownies and cookies.
