Lūm is a luxury dessert studio in Sioux Falls specializing in handcrafted trompe l'oeil pastries—modern desserts designed to look like fruit while hiding layers of flavor and texture inside. Inspired by contemporary French pastry, each piece is individually molded, filled, dipped, and finished by hand using premium ingredients and professional pastry techniques. Unlike traditional bakeries, Lūm focuses on small-batch, limited-release collections featuring rotating flavors such as Mango, Raspberry, Strawberry Rhubarb, Café Caramel, Pistachio, and other seasonal creations. Inside each dessert, you'll find thoughtfully layered components such as fruit compotes, mousses, pralines, sponges, and crunchy textures designed to create a balanced, memorable experience. What makes Lūm unique is the attention to detail. Every dessert is made from scratch and crafted to be both visually stunning and refined in flavor—never overly sweet. The goal is to bring a fine-dining pastry experience to Sioux Falls without requiring a trip to a major city. Lūm operates as a pre-order boutique patisserie with limited weekly releases and select event catering.
