Menu also consists of rolled ice cream, shakes, floats, bubble waffles, dirty sodas, & pizza cones! Choose a cookie dough flavor to infuse into your rolled ice cream or in a shake to make your flavor of ice cream! We offer gluten friendly and dairy free options! Mobile unit available.
Hey ya'll! My name is Carson Barra. Our "Midwest" family of three moved to Knoxville, Tennessee three years ago. Tennessee welcomed us with all its charms and warm friendly people! There's either something in the water here... or maybe it's the great Tennessee whiskey... because we are now a southern family of FIVE! We feel so very blessed. My primary goal is to provide ministry through baking. All of my baked goods and breads are naturally leavened with Sourdough (meaning, commercial yeast isn't utilized). I am convicted to solely use organic and sustainable methods, which includes natural fermentation and purchasing out grain, eggs, and milk locally, and of the highest quality.
