It's not ice cream. It's J's Creamery. Frozen custard made fresh every hour. Real milk, real cream, real egg yolks -- no shortcuts, no substitutes. Every dessert is handcrafted when you order it. Not pre-made. Not sitting in a case. Made for you, right in front of you. Lubbock has been generous to us. 7x Best of the West awards, 10x Best of Lubbock. This is what we do. We do it fresh, we do it right, and we've been doing it here in the Hub City since 2003. Come taste the difference.
