Big Back Bourbon Chicken isn’t your average food trailer. We’re a small, family-run business serving up big portions, bold flavors, and food made with care right here in New Braunfels. Our signature bourbon chicken is cooked fresh and covered in our sweet, savory bourbon sauce, but we definitely don’t stop there! From our ultra-creamy Smoked Gouda Mac & Chicken made with Boar’s Head smoked gouda, to hand-prepped crab rangoons, egg rolls, and our peach and apple cobbler egg rolls, we like taking familiar comfort food and giving it the Big Back treatment. We believe good food doesn’t have to be fancy—it just needs to be made well, served generously, and leave you thinking about your next visit before you’ve even finished eating. We’re locally owned, family operated, a little quirky, and extremely serious about extra sauce. Powered by poor decisions & extra sauce.Big Back Bourbon Chicken isn’t your average food trailer.
