Medovik (Russian honey cake) — handmade from scratch by a baker with over 30 years of experience making this traditional Russian dessert. Each cake is built from many thin honey layers, rolled and baked individually by hand, then filled with a smetana or condensed-milk cream and rested so the layers soften into a tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture. Made with real honey, fresh cream, eggs, and butter — no artificial shortcuts. Delicately sweet rather than heavily sugary, with the warmth of honey balanced against rich cream, following time-honored Slavic baking technique passed down through generations.
