The restaurant was established on April 30, 2016 by Maurice Foard, Savannah born and raised. Inspired by his natural love for food, knack for cooking and the restaurants he frequented across the world. Maurice recognized the untapped market for authentic American, Caribbean, and Healthy dishes mix together in the Savannah area. The visionary took his love for food, an officially created Marlon's Cafe Restaurant.
