Joella's Hot Chicken does this dish so well that it has won the accolade of serving the “Best Fried Chicken” in Louisville. It follows a traditional recipe and keeps natural chicken for brining overnight. Then, the brined chicken is fried to a deep golden-brown hue and rubbed with chili oils to impart spicy flavors.
