At Piesanos we are proud to use only the finest ingredients available, including Grande brand premium mozzarella, provolone & romano cheeses. Our dough is made fresh daily & all of our pizzas are baked in our unique Granite Stone Fired Pizza Oven.

Situated just behind the Hippodrome State Theatre in Downtown Gainesville, Amelia's is a great restaurant for an Italian fine dining experience. The combination of authentic Italian fare and friendly service has proved to be a winning one, making this one of the most popular restaurants in the area.
