LEAN Lifestyle creates and prepares customized meal plans to help individuals meet their fitness and health goals. Whether it be weight-loss, maintenance or weight gain & body composition change, we can deliver whole food options that will allow clients to receive the specific macronutrient and caloric intake to help you reach your goals. Unlike other prepared meal diets LEAN Lifestyle provides custom nutrition and menus to meet your individual needs. Our meals are never frozen and are more affordable than dining out or even preparing your own meals. Once we have determined your nutritional needs, we will match the foods you prefer to create a customized menu specifically for you. Each ingredient from your tailored menu is weighed, measured and prepared fresh everyday. We will then delivery the combination of meals you have indicated to your front door every morning. With LEAN Lifestyle dieting has never been more enjoyable, or convenient!
