The four meats we include at every event are Asada (Beef), Al Pastor (BBQ Pork), Carnitas (Pork Carnitas), and Pollo (Chicken). We guarantee a distinct, natural, mouth watering taste that will have you craving our delicious food for weeks. Fernando's secrets recipe allows him to be able to work with just about any meat upon request. Fish is the most common requested in addition to the 4 meats provided. We've also done Cabeza (Cow head), Lengua (Cow Tongue), and the most difficult request, an all organic menu. In addition to our tender meats, we have the usual toppings with a choice of two tasty salsas, Hot or Mild.
