Protein runs from 4 oz up to 14 oz cooked weight, so the macros on the label are the macros in the bowl. Bowls stay good in the fridge for 4 to 5 days. -We deliver on Mondays across Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside County, and San Diego County. Order by Wednesday at 11:59 PM ET for the following Monday. Plans are 5, 8, 12, or 16 bowls a week, from $14.99 down to $10.99 per bowl depending on plan size, with flat $9.99 delivery.
