Tim specializes in Pig Roasts, but can do anything as simple as hamburgers & hotdogs, pulled pork, whole chickens, chicken wings, & of course the crowd favorite, beef brisket. Every piece of meat is hand-rubbed & treated with love and respect from start to finish.
