Our Jackson Heights location is where it all began—and it still carries the original flavor, energy, and soul of Birrialandia. What makes us unique? We focus on one thing and do it right: authentic Birria de Res, made from top-quality cuts of beef—brisket, shank, and top round—slow-cooked to perfection and served with heart. From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel the street food spirit that defines who we are. No frills—just deep, bold flavor that brings people together. This isn’t just a taco stop; it’s a neighborhood ritual. The same truck, the same passion, and the same fire that started a movement.
