We combine traditional methods with non-traditional twists to create one of a kind products that our customers love. Our pizza is inspired by both traditional Neapolitan and New York style pizzas. Traditional Neapolitan pizza is cooked above 800 degrees Fahrenheit in two minutes or less, whereas New York style is baked anywhere from 475-550 degrees Fahrenheit in about 8-12 minutes. The pizza we make at the Pizza Garage falls somewhere between both of those styles. We bake our pizza at 650 degrees Fahrenheit in about 4-6 minutes which creates characteristics consistent with both Neapolitan and New York style pizzas. Quality is of highest importance when selecting ingredients for our pizza from making our own fresh mozzarella to importing products from Italy. Our mission is to use quality ingredients and source locally when possible to provide our customers a unique pizza. Owner Luis Perez spent his early childhood eating pizza from slice shops in New York City and after a trip to Italy, he wanted to create a pizza that offered the best of his own experiences.
