Why pay extra for a "personal shopper" if they aren't very personal at all? Random people showing up at your home. Random people second guessing your shopping selection. That doesn't sound very personal at all. Random people are for random people. You aren't random are you? Why not have the SAME person shop for your groceries, pick up your retail/clean clothes or restaurant food? Why not someone who actually CARES because they want to shop for you again? Groceries for EXACTLY what the stores charge (not 6% mark-up like Instacart) plus either 10% or $15 plus any gratuity you feel is deserved. You can be uninvolved except for the ordering or you can be highly involved throughout the shop. It's YOUR choice because it's YOUR money! Isn't that how it's supposed to work? The best part is the customer service. You get my PERSONAL phone number because I am the customer service line too. Lastly, let me mention that I am very likely the ONLY service delivering Trader Joe's! Plus, IKEA delivery in about 24hrs starting at $100. Beat that!
