We are the Caudles! We are an adventurous family and love to kayak, hunt, fish, hike and just be together on adventures. Clinton is type one diabetic, and we eat a bit different from most people because of this. While going on adventures, we found it hard to find filling healthy meals that fit the criteria of what we needed as a family. Yes, there are other freeze-dried meal kits and food storage, but most have carbohydrate fillers of oats, rice and potatoes that raise your blood sugar. So, we decided to create a diabetic friendly/ Keto freeze dried recipes that come in food kits and larger monthly stock kits that fit what we, and other people need to adventure well.
