Santo Cielo offers an experience which challenges the concepts of contemporary and global cuisine. The 360-degree view of Naperville from the windows, the open kitchen, and the neutral decor make for a hassle-free, relaxed zone. The cocktails playfully shift from the classics to modern creations, along with an array of wine and beer offerings. In the food department, you are spoilt for choice! Options ranging from steaks to pear and plum salad and Spanish octopus, all have their share of takers. The squid ink pappardelle, however, is the one that regulars cannot stop raving about. Even the dessert selection breaks the conventional rules of mainstream ideas by re-creating a simple lemon tart or re-imagining items like celery and cucumber sorbet as desserts.
