Sushi Brokers is one of the hip, modern restaurants located in Heritage Marketplace, right in the heart of downtown Gilbert. The Maki roll menu is impressive, with so many varieties, it is hard to decide which one to choose. It has all the favorites like the Philly, Spicy Tuna, etc., but the more innovative ones include the Chimichanga or the Pineapple. The former is tempura battered while the latter comes with a sweet mirin/pineapple sauce. Both are interesting, and if you decide to opt out of the sushi/sashimi, the restaurant still has entrees like sliders, teriyaki chicken, salads and much more.

The simple menu includes stir-fry options for the sushi shy, including the generously portioned and spiced suicide chicken, Korean BBQ short ribs marinated in a sweet mild soy sauce, and more. Always fresh sushi and sashimi along with traditional Japanese dishes. Also has full bar with a variety bottled sakes and house-made fruity and infused sakes.
