Soon enough, I was able to take over the restaurant with one clear vision - to provide fresh food for my family. It has now been exactly 10 years. Preparing fresh salmon daily to meet the highest standards. Using top quality ingredients. Never any MSGs. Sauces expertly and uniquely crafted in-house. In 1 year, we sell over 10 tons of salmon. In 1 year, we serve over 30,000 customers. And now marking a decade of Ginzaya, we have created so many valuable memories. I would love to continue this journey for many years to come.
