We are currently pre-opening with special fish bowl and appetizers. Our Udon will available from end of 2025 or January 2026. If you can’t eat row fish also we are offering Tendon(tempra bowl) We serve handmade Udon with a flavorful dashi broth, just like in Japan. and also we serve seafood bowls made with fresh Japanese seafood.
At Rolla Cabin (formerly Wakamatsu), we continue serving the same delicious Japanese and Chinese dishes our customers love, while introducing new favorites like pan-fried dumplings, grilled beef, mushrooms, and freshly made buns.
Ramen Shu
At Ramen Shu all of our broths are cooked from scratch no powder or seasoning packets. Each batch takes anywhere from 8 to 12 hours and we take a very scientific approach using refractometers to ensure that our product meets the same lever of quality and consistency. Other specialties include our bento boxes and homemade Japanese curries. We are a casual restaurant that does not take shortcuts when it comes to food preparation.
