Ramen Shu
At Ramen Shu all of our broths are cooked from scratch no powder or seasoning packets. Each batch takes anywhere from 8 to 12 hours and we take a very scientific approach using refractometers to ensure that our product meets the same lever of quality and consistency. Other specialties include our bento boxes and homemade Japanese curries. We are a casual restaurant that does not take shortcuts when it comes to food preparation.
