We make traditional Tonkotsu (16 hours of pork bone broth) and Torigara (slow cooked chicken bone broth) Japanese ramens. Our Tonkotsu (pork bone broth) and Torigara (chicken bone broth) has no dairy. All sauces, broth, meats, and vegetables are made and cut in house with our own recipes. Our fresh noodles are straight with no additives or preservatives. Chicken wontons are freshly hand made in house. Our special soy sauce is cold aged to give a deeper flavor.
