Jason Jan got his start making ramen in Yokohama, Japan and opened Nami Ramen to share everything he learned with the people of Clayton, Missouri. Since 2016, we've been serving up fast-casual ramen the traditional way. Forget what you think you know (yes, we mean from your college days!) and learn about ramen's beginnings with us. You'll discover its Chinese origins over a bowl of our signature tonkotsu or chicken katsu. But once you know all there is to know about these sophisticated noodles, you'll just want more -- thankfully, our broth is always boiling.
