We specialize in renovating classic Asian dishes (such as traditional roasted duck, Hong Kong Harbor style soft shell crab and bubble waffles) by combining fresh ingredients with advanced recipes and cooking techniques. Along with our relaxed and friendly atmosphere, Open Rice is an unique dining experience that is modernistic while preserving the rich tradition of the Asian culinary world.
