It recreates the atmosphere of a traditional Izakaya which is a type of Japanese drinking-place combined with the usual sit-down Japanese dinner. Their menu is a mix of Asian cuisines, owing to the diverse backgrounds of its chefs. So what you get, is a great dinner in a typical Japanese restaurant setting, with paper lamps, dim lighting and sushi, and a sleek bar at the side. They also have special nights and a separate late-night menu. Catering services are available.
Head downstairs to the basement of Dante restaurant to another venture by celebrated chef Dante Bocuzzi. Ginko offers guests a contemporary take on traditional Japanese flavors.
